This is one of the many recipes for hummus. The Lebanese recipe can be very easily adapted to your taste, and it's usually made without garlic. You can add more or less of any ingredient, but garlic gives it an amazing flavor. This dish has the print of the cook on it, since you can rarely find two Lebanese restaurants where hummus tastes exactly the same.
