It is almost impossible to go to Lebanon and not eat tabbouleh. This salad is so famous that you will find it everywhere. Don't let the parsley quantity scare you. This dish tastes as good as it looks. If you have bulgur, it's very easy to make it in your home country. If mint not available, replace it with scallions. The recipe is refreshing, low in calories, and filled with vitamin C.
